Room too hot, had to open windows all night.

The hotel is spotlessly clean with private parking. The staff are very helpful and really helpful and deserve a 3-star rating. This is a property go-to for Strasbourg!

There is stain in some places.

The location was peaceful and ideal, close to the city centre, in the very quiet area. A few times I ate at Restaurant Aristide, located within a close distance from the hotel.

I loved that the hotel was close to the Botanical Gardens, making my morning walks good, and I enjoyed being just a short stroll from the picturesque Petite France, where I could soak in the charming atmosphere of Strasbourg's canals and historic buildings.

they have wheelchair accessible rooms with well kept heaters and handy kitchenette, as for instance and care about everyone. very amiable and amicable people are working.

I stayed in spotless room with kichenette, well kept heaters, as for instance as expected. The setting was perfect, near to tram or bus from central station, public transport, and the tram stop. Easily reached Miam Miam, located around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

A combination of hits and misses

We enjoyed unlimited access to the pool. The hotel is conveniently located near metro stations, allowing effortless trips into downtown!

While the room was comfortable, access to the hotel was tricky due to poor navigation and lack of service after hours. Stressful to figure out!

The cheese here is extraordinary-every bite is a flavorful adventure! I also adored the nearby Miam Miam, where I discovered good culinary surprises. The pool area is a cozy spot to unwind after a day of exploring Strasbourg.

Unfortunately, I had the worst personal service ever. I waited two hours for my room keys while the staff kept forgetting me! When I finally got in, the room was filthy-sheets everywhere and more. The check-in area was chaotic during breakfast. I had to stand at times because it was overstuffed with guests!

Lack of air conditioning makes it uncomfortable during warm nights!!! The broken wardrobe door went unfixed during my entire stay, showing neglect!!! Limited kitchenware means improvising for everyday needs!!! Noise from the major highway disrupts peace at night!!!

Truly enjoyed my stay! So clean and cozy, such a wonderful service team.

Had such a nice time during our 14 nights! The kitchen in our room made it super easy to whip up meals, and we loved the indoor swimming pool and the option for beauty treatments! Just a minor hiccup with the shower needing a fix, but it didn’t ruin our experience at all. 😊

The location was great, close to the tram and supermarkets. It was great with a clean room and a comfy bed.

The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable. I loved how it had real windows that opened, letting in fresh air. The gym was a nice bonus too, and being just minutes from the tram made exploring Strasbourg super easy.

Loved the proximity to the metro and the cleanliness of my room. The kitchenette was well-equipped.
